- Client Pipeline & Lead Data (Stored 100% On-Device): Real estate leads, contact numbers, email addresses, property preferences, deal stages, and negotiation notes that you create in LeadPilot AI are stored strictly in local on-device encrypted storage (Encrypted SharedPreferences / IndexedDB). We do not upload or store your client leads on our servers.
- Gemini AI API Credentials (Bring Your Own Key): When configuring the AI Copilot, users may provide their personal Google Gemini API key. This key is stored securely on your local device and is never transmitted to Rish AI Labs.
- Diagnostic & Crash Data: Basic application stability metrics and anonymous error diagnostics may be processed to ensure application reliability.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we process is used solely for the following legitimate purposes:
- To authenticate your identity and safeguard your account against unauthorized access.
- To power on-device lead tracking, follow-up scheduling, and deal pipeline automation.
- To facilitate direct AI prompt generation between your device and Google Generative AI endpoints.
- To provide customer support and service notifications regarding your account or 14-day trial status.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not share your information with third-party data brokers or advertisers. We only engage reputable cloud infrastructure providers that adhere to rigorous data protection standards:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): Used for secure user authentication (Firebase Auth) and static web asset delivery (Firebase Hosting). Data processed by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Gemini / Generative AI (Google LLC): If you use the AI Copilot features, your message prompts are sent directly from your device to Google AI endpoints for text generation according to Google's API Terms of Service.
5. Zero Sale or Rental of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, license, or monetize your personal information, client lists, or contact records to any third parties, brokers, or marketing networks. Your real estate database remains your exclusive intellectual and business property.

- Local Data: You can clear your local leads, notes, and preferences at any time by clearing application data in your Android device settings or logging out of the application.
- Account Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your Firebase user account and associated authentication profile by contacting our support team at reach.harishapc@gmail.com. Upon receipt, your authentication credentials will be permanently purged within 30 days.

LeadPilot AI is a professional business productivity and sales management tool designed exclusively for real estate professionals and enterprise sales teams.
